Business Fundamentals Taught at Everest's Hamilton City Centre Campus

Business, like medicine, is a field that covers a lot of ground. In both industries, most students eventually choose a specialty to practice professionally. But before they choose their specialties, students must become acquainted with their field from the widest possible perspective.

The Business Administration program at Everest College of Business, Technology and Health Care’s Hamilton City Centre campus takes just this kind of broad, comprehensive approach to introduce first-time business students to the business field. The eight-month Business Administration program is designed to give would-be business professionals the knowledge, skills and experience they need to qualify for entry-level jobs in Canada’s business sector, including management, banking and finance. The program covers everything from basic computer programs to business law and human resources in a way that stresses practical application in real-world situations.

An Experienced Faculty

Instructors in Everest’s Business Administration program are mostly business professionals themselves. They are eager to share their knowledge, experience and insights with their students. Many courses involve studying real-world case studies and showing how basic principles and critical thinking can be used to arrive at practical — and profitable — solutions. At Everest, students often work in small teams where they learn to work together to tackle common business challenges.
